Front suction arm

Transfer width
Large overloading range from the front edge of the suction arm 4.6 m and from the front axle approx. 6 m depending on the tractor. This enables suction across ditches or over hedges etc. This shortens journeys on the field enormously if it is not always necessary to drive to an exit.

Powerful delivery
The 8’ slurry pipe runs completely straight from the turbo accelerator to the slurry tanker without any bends. This results in maximum delivery rates with low power requirements.

Suction arm
The suction arm is built very short in front of the tractor with only 770 mm in front of the lower links. It is also kept narrow so that the manoeuvrability of the combination is maintained. This is an enormous advantage, especially when travelling on the road with large slurry tankers.

Overview
In the parked position, the suction arm is located exactly behind the mast, so that the view on the road is hardly restricted. The slurry line to the tanker, which is routed at the top, does not obstruct the wider field of vision.
When unfolded, however, the arm swivels into the field of vision so that the driver can see the docking spout of the feeder vehicle clearly.
Coupling
The pipe is mounted at the rear of the tractor in the coupling rail. In comparison to the coupling in the lower links, no unintentional movements can be caused with possible damage. The rear window remains completely openable.

Delivery rate
Centrifugal pump and turbo accelerator from Veenhuis with very high delivery capacity.
Pipe diameter 8’

Rear window
The rear window can be opened in any position thanks to the adapted tube holder.
Technical data

from practice
‘For me, the front suction arm from KleuTec is the best suction arm on the market. The slim design results in a very good field of vision and the overloading capacity is enormous. The telescopic function enables me to get over some ditches and hedges. This has significantly accelerated our spreading process.’
